Danish jeweller Pandora is opening a new American distribution centre in the first half of 2026, demonstrating its long-term growth strategy in the US market.
The company said it is relocating its Americas Distribution Centre from Columbia to a new 107,000-square feet facility in Anne Arundel, Maryland – expanding Pandora’s distribution footprint by 80 per cent.
Equipped with advanced distribution capabilities, the centre will enhance operational efficiency and provide faster and more flexible services across retail and e-commerce channels, the jeweller said. Meanwhile, new warehouse and transport management systems using “pick-and-pass” methods will boost productivity. The site will also feature advanced safety and security measures. It will be LEED Silver Certified as well, meeting rigorous standards for energy efficiency, water consumption and sustainable design.
“This investment reflects both our confidence in the US market and our commitment to delivering a world-class experience to our customers,” said Luciano Rodembusch, president of Pandora North America. “By expanding our operational capabilities, we are positioning Pandora to capture the strong growth opportunities we continue to see across North America.”
The new facility will also offer a better working environment, including upgraded amenities, ergonomic workstations and collaborative spaces. Pandora is expecting to expand its workforce at the new centre. Pandora has 8,000 employees and 500 stores across the US.
The expansion comes amid sustained momentum in Pandora’s US business. The company’s revenues more than doubled from 2020 to 2024 and 2025 is shaping up to be another strong year, with organic growth reaching 12 per cent in the first half.
