The Israel Diamond Institute (IDI) has elected industry veteran Arnon Juwal as new IDI chairman, following Yoram Dvash’s resignation. Juwal will head the institute over a three-year term.
Juwal, a second-generation diamantaire, is a partner at S Juwal & Co – a company founded by his father more than 40 years ago. He was first elected to the board of directors of Diamond Exchange Enterprises in 2007, the economic arm of the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE).
