Jewellery companies hoping to expand their reach internationally have made successful debuts at this year’s edition of Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW).
Chinese gold jewellery manufacturer Shenzhen Meifei Precious Metals Co Ltd is showcasing a wide range of signature gold jewellery collections that highlight its exceptional craftsmanship, rich cultural heritage and innovative nature.
“This is our first time participating in JGW and it represents a key strategic move in our international market expansion,” said Wang Zhuo, the company’s general manager.
“Our products seamlessly blend traditional elements with modern aesthetics. The response has been overwhelmingly positive – we engaged with buyers from Southeast Asia, North America, Canada, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan. The show has been incredibly fruitful for us,” she added.
Japan-based Abheri Corp, which specialises in 18-karat gold and platinum diamond jewellery, also made its maiden appearance at the Japan Brand Pavilion presented by Japan Jewellery Association and Japan External Trade Organization.
The company is looking to expand its overseas business, particularly in China and Hong Kong.
“Our high-quality jewellery demonstrated exquisite Japanese craftsmanship. The signature ‘Reticella’ Collection featuring 18-karat gold pieces with diamonds was particularly well received by international buyers,” said Yuiki Sya, head of international sales of Abheri Corp.
