Taking pride of place at Ocean Flame Ltd are luscious conch pearls from the Caribbean exhibiting exceptional flame structure and colour. Considered among the rarest natural gems in the world, conch pearls remain highly sought after by traders and jewellery collectors who appreciate their beauty and investment value. The company, headquartered in Hong Kong, is also showcasing a wide range of natural pearls, including quahog, scallop and clam, to name a few. Japanese pearl jewellery manufacturer Uto Shinju Co Ltd, for its part, is displaying the gem’s unique lustre in nature-inspired pieces. Its ‘Sunshine’ pendant relies on the subtle colour gradations of white and golden pearls to replicate a radiant sunburst while its ‘7 Planet’ necklace is intricately embellished with top-range white, golden and Tahitian pearls that represent six planets and the sun. Its ‘Moebius’ necklaces feature cascading waves of white and golden pearls. Exquisite pearl jewellery pieces are also headlining Asuka Co Ltd’s booth at JGA. The Japanese manufacturers are drawing the crowds with their expansive range of highquality chains. Tokyo-based jewellery wholesaler Ray Co Ltd is offering chains of various designs and lengths to cater to a wide range of preferences. Its 8CT Curb Chain featuring a unique 8-facet cut design, the brand’s signature, is available in 18-karat yellow and white gold, and platinum. Its Heartbiz Chain in 18-karat gold, meanwhile, catches the eye with its heart-shaped patterns. Highlights at Murao Co Ltd include 18-karat gold sliding chains, featuring adjustable lengths for versatile styling; machine chains in 18-karat or 10-karat gold, which are especially designed for necklaces and bracelets; as well as parts and findings in 18-karat or 10-karat gold. Bico · Ghi Corp, meanwhile, is presenting its 12-sided triple Kihei chain along with innovative jewellery products. Its shape-memory bracelet in 18-karat gold combines comfort and style, while its magnet necklace has a magnet embedded in an 18-karat gold pipe to enable flexible styling. Osaka-based company is presenting a standout necklace combining Akoya and Tahitian pearls in a stunning, graduated design. Featuring a seamless transition of tone and texture, the piece radiates elegance, with the Akoya’s soft, silvery tones interspersed with Tahitian pearls’ rich, dark hues. Resembling a whimsical yet graceful sunflower is another necklace adorned with the luminous golden South Sea pearl at the centre, encircled by a halo of sparkling diamonds. Also taking centre stage at Asuka’s booth is a necklace of baby Akoya pearls – a delicate strand of petite Japanese pearls with soft, pink overtones. “We offer a wide range of pearl products, including custom orders and ready-made pieces to cater to diverse customer needs,” the company said. Meanwhile, Hong Kong’s Heng Bo Pearl Group Ltd, a family-run pearl enterprise with more than 20 years of trade experience, is offering an assortment of loose pearls and pearl jewellery at JGA. These include a wide selection of loose Japanese Akoya pearls in a variety of sizes and quality alongside a golden South Sea pearl pendant in 18-karat gold with diamonds and a Tahitian pearl pendant in 925 silver.
