As managing director, he is responsible for the group’s overall corporate management, strategy and operations. With over 45 years in the company, Wong considers expansion and digitalisation initiatives among his stellar achievements. He successfully led Chow Tai Fook’s expansion to mainland China in 1998, resulting in the establishment of 7,600 stores over the course of 25 years. He also formed a highly capable and visionary team with a growth mindset that is behind some of the group’s most promising breakthroughs and innovations. “Success is not a matter of chance. Under his leadership, Chow Tai Fook launched smart retailing tools CloudSales 365 and Cloud Kiosks, which offer a personalised shopping experience.
