The trend likewise places the spotlight on collaborations with non-jewellery craft specialists as well as brands that pay tribute to the craftspeople they work with. Craftsmanship and bespoke pieces appeal to consumers seeking authenticity and the personal touch. The De Beers report points to opportunities for relationship-building and storytelling when jewellers offer bespoke services.
