These silicones are suitable for the production of moulds for metal alloys and resin prototypes. They are compatible with almost all existing 3D modelling systems, such as standard laser Stereolithography (SLA), Digital Light Processing (DLP) and Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) technologies. Nicem’s silicones are vulcanised at 90°C, 125°C and 180°C and offer multiple hardness levels, elongation and breaking loads. A designated range of colours indicates the properties and uses of each of the company’s extensive assortment of silicone rubbers. These colours also allow the various waxes to be clearly distinguishable from their mould. In addition, Nicem provides numerous products and accessories for mould creation. These include talcum powders in different grain sizes, release agents for 3D printing resins and metal alloys, waxes and liquid or paste RTV silicones.
