Headquartered in Italy, the company is now turning the spotlight on three alloys developed by its research department. The 1PAG/R2 silver master alloy is suitable for grades 925 and 800. Ideal for casting in closed systems, it produces an extremely white and bright sterling silver with high resistance to oxidation and tarnishing. By reducing porosity to a minimum, it delivers excellent surface quality and can be easily reused. Compatible with all machines and furnaces, DRAGONWHITE/30 is the company’s new master alloy for casting 14-karat and 18-karat white gold. Pandora Alloys’ new formula reduces loss during the casting process. DRAGONWHITE/30 is not prone to breakage due to its inner grain refiner that successfully blends hardness and flexibility. The result is a brighter white with good deoxidation properties. The alloy is also suited for casting with pre-set stones. EXTRA3N, meanwhile, is an alloy for casting, mechanical and pre-set stone processes in 18-karat yellow gold with a 3N colour standard. It is perfect for moulds, chains, tubes, springs, wires, sheets and ball chains, among others. Again, the company’s innovative formula reduces loss during the casting process. EXTRA3N feature a fine grain structure that enhances fluidity and flexibility, while improving surface quality through reduced porosity.
