Two companies specialising in the manufacture of coloured gems and diamonds, respectively, are rolling out new initiatives to boost business growth.
Peridot specialist Fuli Gemstones has collaborated with online gemstone supplier The Curious Gem to become an exclusive online retailer of peridots from Fuli Gemstones.
Under the partnership, the platform will offer a selection of Fuli Gemstones’ calibrated peridots ranging from 2mm in rounds to 6mm x 8mm in pear shape beginning July this year. The gems are intended for independent jewellery designers.
Fuli Gemstones will provide fully traceable peridots from its Yiqisong Nanshan Mine in Jilin Province, China, ensuring that The Curious Gem are offering gems with chain of custody verification.
Victoria Brown, founder of The Curious Gem, said, “Designers will be able to buy fully traceable gemstones in small quantities at an affordable price-point, satisfying the increasing consumer demand for traceable gemstones.”
Pia Tonna, executive director of Fuli Gemstones, noted that the collaboration enables designers from the United Kingdom and around the world to make informed choices when selecting peridots, access to expert advice and enjoy efficient online sourcing.
Meanwhile, India-based diamond company Venus Jewel recently unveiled its new brand identity and logo. According to the company, the transformation aims to reflect the brand's dedication to maintaining its pioneering vision, continuous innovation and customer-centric approach while redefining the standards of excellence in the solitaire diamond trade.
