Technology companies and equipment suppliers are presenting their latest innovations to help jewellery companies enhance their production and business.

AlphaOne Technology Ltd, with facilities in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, is showcasing its software solutions for diamond and jewellery companies at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW).

The company’s JES Cloud jewellery ERP (enterprise resource planning) system offers an end-to-end wholesale and retail solution encompassing sales, mobility and productivity, while its RFID solution, Tiara NXT, enables retailers to undertake the audit of an inventory on a daily basis while keeping near real-time visibility into stock movement.

AlphaOne’s jewellery analytics software Trinity, meanwhile, churns valuable data collected from its Smart Tray into actionable insights and reports to help retailers better cater to market needs.

Also available at Alfa Mirage’s booth is its LCD digital microscope MRS-T5.1 with a five-inch colour monitor, which offers 4-160X magnification. Polarising filters reduce the reflection and have a dimmable transillumination function. Meanwhile, its lightweight, compact and foldable Hawk Eye head loupes are fitted with Japanese clear lenses for 1.6X or 2.0X magnification.

The company is likewise offering its D-master soft-tip tweezers that are ideal for working with small diamonds, tapered diamonds, gemstones up to 3 carats and small watch parts, among others.
