Jewellery pieces in fashion-forward designs, colours and themes are the megastars at the silver jewellery section of the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair.
Taking precedence at silver jewellery companies' booths on Hall 5 and the mezzanine are fashionable items that are certain to strike the fancy of a wide range of customers.
Symbolisms
TSH Group Ltd is offering 925 silver jewellery items from its Tenshi no Tamago jewellery label, which has been specialising in stylish yet timeless jewellery since 1984. Inspired by the theme, “The Life of Miracle,” the jewellery pieces celebrate endless possibilities in life.
“Every life is a precious gift from angels hence we've chosen Angel Egg as a charming icon to represent our collections,” noted the company. “The tiny and glossy Angel Egg is sophisticated and ingenious. The eggs also symbolise a new life.”
Also available at its booth are an Angel Friends cat pendant with a swinging tail as well as a birthstone necklace.
The brand, which is a first-time exhibitor, is training its sights on international buyers and distributors to help expand its worldwide presence.
Modern designs
KH Creation Co Ltd, for its part, is unveiling a sterling silver jewellery collection in ultra-modern styles, including coloured gemstone pieces and men's pendants and earrings with oxidised finish, to name a few.
The pieces are also competitively priced and expected to strike a chord with jewellery wholesalers at the show, according to the manufacturer.
“We are known for our reliability and creativity as well as top-quality products and customer service,” stated KH Creation.
Craftsmanship
Handmade, flower-studded jewellery pieces are taking centre stage at Shrieking Violet Ltd's booth.
The sterling silver jewellery pieces are handcrafted with real flowers. Among its sought-after collections are those embedded with roses, forget-me-nots, poppies, purple hazes, daisies and sunflowers, or a mixture of these.
The products come with premium gift packaging and display stands.
“Our jewellery pieces enjoy a strong following among a wide range of buyers. These are also affordable, with retail prices ranging from US$30 to US$100,” disclosed Shrieking Violet. “Our company is well-established in the UK and Europe.”
Exciting themes
A chic collection of sterling silver jewellery with coloured cubic zirconia, red or black agate, and malachite is attracting attention at Neva Ltd's display windows.
Neva's Kitenge Collection took inspiration from African culture, specifically the Kitenge fabric. An artistic combination of gemstones, coloured metal and sharp geometric lines capture the features of the Kitenge pattern, bringing to mind traditional African jewellery designs.
Taking cues from emerging trends, the company said medallions and coins are the crux of the Birthstone Coins Collection. The pieces are further enhanced with birth stones and birth flowers on the other side, making them wearable in two ways.
The Celestial Collection, meanwhile, drew influence from twinkling stars and a crescent moon on a night sky. Also available are the Perfection and WOW Collections, which celebrate asymmetrical beauty and self-expression, respectively.
Neva wants to touch base with global retailers, boutique and private label designers as well as online jewellery stores.
