Jewellery brands are offering inventive designs to celebrate the versatility of silver, catering to growing demand from buyers for distinctive and fashionable styles.
Canada-based Mejuri is shining the spotlight on its new Stevie Hoops earrings, which feature two interchangeable and reversible hoop links. The hoops come in an array of materials that can be mixed and matched for personalised looks. Options include plain sterling silver or vermeil hoops alongside versions studded with diamonds or coloured gemstones.
Danish jeweller Pandora, for its part, recently unveiled its latest collection in collaboration with Netflix. Inspired by the streamer’s hit sci-fi series, Stranger Things, the 12-piece collection features charms, bracelets, rings and earrings. All silver pieces are “crafted to reflect iconic moments from the show and with subtle nods to 80s fashion”, according to Pandora.
Also, Thomas Sabo is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year with a host of collections that reflect both its storied history and its future directions.
Of note is the Rebellious Glam Collection, which offers a fresh take on the German brand’s design codes.
Encapsulating its signature “Rebel at heart” aesthetic, the collection includes dragon-themed pieces that allude to the year the Thomas Sabo brand was founded and its sense of adventure and fearlessness. “Heart with wings,” the anniversary symbol serves as a reminder that the challenge of creating a world of one’s own also involves protecting it, according to the brand.
