This year’s edition of Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW) – the biggest B2B fine jewellery event in the world – is offering a range of special attractions and opportunities for high-value engagements.
Organised by Informa Markets Jewellery, the “One Fair, Two Venues” jewellery marketplace will be held from September 16 to 20 at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) and from September 18 to 22 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
A focal point of the show is the presentation of trophies to winners of the Sustainability Awards 2024 by JWA. The Award Recipients in the Environmental Stewardship, Social Empowerment, Manufacturing Innovation, Community Engagement and Sustainability Leadership categories will be celebrated at the fair reception, which will take place on September 18 at the Grand Foyer of the HKCEC.
The Awardees and finalists will also be invited to participate in the Sustainability Heroes Panel Series where they will share their inspiring journeys to sustainability on September 17 at the AWE and September 18 at the HKCEC.
New pavilion
JGW serves as the ultimate meeting point for the global jewellery industry. With a combined total of more than 3,300 exhibitors from over 40 countries and regions, JGW will present 40 themed halls and pavilions featuring curated collections for a seamless sourcing experience.
Professional buyers will have the opportunity to explore the beloved Fine Gem and Fine Design Pavilions, International Premier Pavilion and CORE, which places the limelight on Hong Kong’s most prominent jewellery manufacturers.
JGW 2024 will also see the debut of the Gold Jewellery Pavilion, a section dedicated to jewellery collections and accessories exclusively crafted from the precious metal.
According to the organiser, riding on the robust demand for gold jewellery around the world, the pavilion will highlight the sophisticated techniques and imaginative designs of Asia-based gold jewellery manufacturers.
