Asia’s first B2B fashion jewellery and accessories sourcing event of 2025 is primed to launch the biggest trends for the upcoming peak selling seasons, show organiser Informa Markets Jewellery announced.
Taking place from March 3 to 6, 2025 in Halls 3 & 6 of Hong Kong’s AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), SEASONS | Spring Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair hosts first-rate suppliers who should be on every wholesaler’s radar. The exhibits highlight the industry’s primary segments, namely, Costume & Base Metal Jewellery, Stainless Steel Jewellery, Natural Materials Jewellery, Independent Designer Collections, Display & Packaging, Fashion Accessories and Fashion Jewellery Materials.
Not to be missed are fresh resources from Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Taiwan and more, and the Korea Pavilion, featuring collections from one of the industry’s most prominent trendsetting hubs.
“SEASONS | Spring gives trade buyers exclusive access to product debuts and the latest styles, materials and colour inspirations that will impact demand in the months ahead,” said Celine Lau, director of Jewellery Fairs at Informa Markets Jewellery. “Moreover, we are also going to see the return of our signature programmes – Vogue, which decodes design trends, and the Tomorrow Aisle, a space that shines the spotlight on Hong Kong’s promising design talents.”
Trends to watch
One of SEASONS | Spring’s main attractions is the Vogue product showcase inspired by the Autumn/Winter 2025 – 2026 predictions by UK-based fashion trend forecasting platform, Trend Suite by Tiffany Hill Studio.
The design themes are drawn from three macro-trends – Multisensory, Transformative and Rejuvenating, which Trend Suite believes will gain traction in 2025. Derived from these big concepts are seasonal micro fashion jewellery and accessories stories that could help the trade envision the style updates necessary to keep their inventories fresh and in tune with the market.
• As its name implies, “Multisensory” calls for the engagement of all the senses by blending tactile, auditory and olfactory components into the design and manufacturing processes. Micro-stories anchored in this concept include “Technical Forms,” where metals take on abstract, even fantastical, shapes; “Liquid Paint,” inspired by the fluidity and unpredictability of paint and blown glass, as exemplified by artist Caroline Zimbalist’s vibrant vessels, and “In Orbit,” a design theme influenced by spherical shapes and space-themed colours.
• “Transformative” merges minimalism and futurism, featuring sleek designs and an unconventional fusion of materials. Seasonal designs inspired by this concept include “Thorned,” characterised by edgy aesthetics in oxidised silver or stainless steel, and “DIY Creativity,” focusing on self-expression through mix-and-match styles and unlikely pairings.
• Embracing sustainability, healing and wellness, “Rejuvenating” inspires micro-stories such as “Botanical Imprint,” which incorporates flora motifs like resin-covered flowers, and “Creature Play,” a narrative that captures the beauty of wildlife through sculpted metal embellished with gemstones and enamels.
“Vogue serves as a visual guide and tool for buyers and sellers looking to make more strategic business decisions, whether in planning product ranges or sourcing materials,” Lau explained. “It’s a valuable reference point, particularly in a market where navigating fashion choices is as challenging as navigating a maze.”
Another space to watch at SEASONS | Spring is the Tomorrow Aisle, which offers a glimpse into the designs of budding talents from the Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Jewellery) and the Youth College of Hong Kong. Previous displays celebrated the explorations of shapes and materials by the city’s next generation of creative minds.
