The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) has selected “The Collectors” as the theme of the fifth Artisan Awards.
The theme is further divided into three categories: Elizabeth Taylor, Barbara Hutton and Wallis Simpson – three iconic women with an insatiable hunger for collecting signature jewels that defined and enhanced their persona.
Participants will need to create a jewellery piece that embodies the flair and unique style of the icon of their choice.
The Artisan Awards was established in 2014 by GJEPC to provide jewellery designers with a platform to showcase their creativity in producing world-class pieces.
