Hong Kong is reinforcing its position as a leading jewellery manufacturing centre through splendid collections that are enchanting buyers at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW).
Legrand Jewellery (Mfg) Co Ltd is presenting jewellery collections that blend creative design, intricate craftsmanship and the latest manufacturing technology.
Its booth at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre features intricate sapphire and diamond jewellery pieces, among others. The selection includes a 1.64-carat sapphire and diamond ring, a 1.56-carat sapphire and diamond pendant, and a pair of earrings with a total of 2.12 carats of sapphires and 1.43 carats of diamonds.
“Our dedication to excellence is made possible by 250 skilled staff working at our advanced production facility,” said the company, which has been manufacturing and exporting fine diamond and gemstone jewellery since 1986.
Another of Hong Kong’s celebrated companies, Continental Jewellery (Mfg) Ltd, is showcasing refined pieces that mark its 50-year journey in the trade.
Among its offerings for JGW this year are glamorous diamond rings in either 18-karat or 14-karat white gold. One boasts a geometric pattern with baguette and round diamonds while another features marquise diamonds and pear-shaped blue sapphires. Diamond chain link earrings sparkling with 154 pieces of rounds and enhanced with eight baguette diamonds totalling 1.0 carat are another major draw at its booth.
A member of the Responsible Jewellery Council, Continental is recognised in international markets as a preeminent supplier and a one-stop-shop for the design, manufacture, marketing and delivery of fine jewellery collections.
For its part, Able Jewelry Mfg Ltd is displaying a selection of fine jewellery in 9-karat to 18-karat gold set with diamonds, gemstones and pearls.
These include butterfly necklaces with diamonds and a series of pink and blue sapphire rings with diamonds. The company also offers collections with synthetic gemstones.
Over at Nelson Jewellery Arts Co Ltd’s booth, the spotlight is shining on ruby, emerald and sapphire necklaces, among others.
The Hong Kong-based jeweller is launching a half-collar necklace in 18-karat gold featuring 11 emeralds with a combined weight of 43.96 carats, complemented by 661 diamonds weighing 35.52 carats.
Another standout piece is a necklace adorned with 118 rubies totalling 72.52 carats and 1,416 diamonds with a combined carat weight of 26.94 carats. Likewise drawing buyers’ admiration is a diamond necklace with 15.90 carats of sapphires.
