Spectacular jadeite jewellery pieces are drawing the crowds at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW).
A natural 5.08-carat green jadeite in an 18-karat gold ring with marquise and brilliant diamonds is among the stars of United Jewelry Co’s displays. A specialist in the jadeite business for four generations, this Hong Kong company often sees its bespoke pieces make their way to international auction houses.
Also available from United Jewelry is a jadeite bangle set with 27 pieces of green jadeite weighing a total of 14.49 carats and accentuated by 26 rose-cut diamonds weighing 1.11 carats and 592 round brilliant diamonds weighing 3.94 carats.
Another highlight is a pair of natural jadeite and diamond earrings with four green jadeite gems weighing a total of 14.52 carats, made more precious with pear-shaped, rose cut, baguette and round brilliant diamonds.
All of United Jewelry’s finished jewellery pieces are designed and made at the company’s facility in Hong Kong while the jade carvings are produced at its factory in Foshan, China. The Hong Kong facility is also involved in stone selection and quality control of the carved and polished stones.
“Each process is completed by our experienced and professional teams, providing our customers with the most competitive price and best service. We intend to progress gradually and expand business to markets worldwide,” it said.
Meanwhile, Ammie Kang is showcasing impressive jadeite jewellery pieces, each of which is one of a kind and handcrafted in Taiwan.
Among the company’s exquisite creations is a jadeite and diamond ring featuring a large rare cabochon with excellent colour and translucency.
Ammie Kang started its own lines of jadeite jewellery in 1991. “As the pieces gained consumer popularity, the brand expanded over time to include a full range of fine gemstone jewellery. Now its refined designs are defined by subtle hues, delightful artistry and extraordinary craftsmanship,” the company asserted.
