The verdant flow of an imaginary landscape captured in a mesmerising emerald, blue sapphire and diamond necklace is starring at KGK Jewellery (HK) Ltd’s booth at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW).
Composed of 38 carats of bright Zambian emeralds, 17.5 carats of Sri Lankan blue sapphires and 19.34 carats of fancy-cut white diamonds, the necklace serves as a tremendously effective draw to KGK’s display windows.
This is just one of the extraordinary jewels KGK is displaying at JGW. Also commanding attention is a dramatic pair of chandelier diamond earrings adorned with 42 pieces of emerald cut, pear and marquise diamonds weighing a total of 16.16 carats.
Another belle of the show is a cascading wreath necklace embellished with 229 diamonds weighing a total of 65.10 carats. The spacious quality of the design cleverly brings each diamond – be it pear, marquise or emerald cut – into sparkling focus. The necklace comes with a certification from the Gemological Institute of America.
KGK channels its gemstone, diamond and jewellery expertise of nearly 120 years to its current vertically integrated operations, the company stated.
Established in 1905, first as a supplier of precious gemstones, the company expanded into diamond and diamond jewellery manufacturing. Its extensive operations led to becoming a De Beers Sightholder and preferred buyers of Alrosa and Rio Tinto, the company added.
KGK entered the retail jewellery sector with the launch of its Entice jewellery brand in Hong Kong in 2004. It opened its first Entice boutique in Jaipur, India five years later.
The latest collections from Entice are also on display at JGW. The brand embodies elegance and fine design, referencing both classical and contemporary influences. “The success of Entice is a result of KGK’s strength in diamonds as well as its Sightholder status, gemstone expertise and extraordinary jewellery manufacturing capability,” noted KGK.
