JNA, Informa Markets Jewellery’s flagship jewellery trade publication, is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a host of new print, digital and programming offerings as it renews its commitment to deliver the news that gem and jewellery players need to grow their business.
Founded by Publisher Letitia Chow and Editor-in-Chief Peter Brindisi, Jewellery News Asia was first published in 1983 when information was scarce and the Asian jewellery trade was in its infancy. Along the way, it became JNA, a print and digital brand synonymous with responsible trade journalism and an authority on matters in Asia.
To commemorate this milestone at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW), JNA is offering a special 40 per cent discount on annual subscription rates for its print titles for cash transactions and a 20 per cent discount for other modes of payment at the Informa Markets Corporate Booths. These are located at the Central Concourse at AsiaWorld-Expo and next to the Organiser’s Office at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Digital thrust
JNA is also introducing its digital news alerts to keep jewellery trade professionals aware of developments in the industry as and when they happen.
Subscribers to the free service will be notified when JNA publishes new stories on their preferred subjects online. They can choose from nine topics – coloured gemstones; diamonds; pearls; finished jewellery; lab-grown diamonds; display and packaging; tools, equipment and technology; synthetic materials, imitation stones and simulants; and precious metals and alloys – and opt for daily, weekly or monthly alerts.
Subscription to JNA’s news alerts and eNewsletters comes with free membership to Informa Markets Jewellery’s digital platform JewelleryNet. Benefits include full access to all of JNA’s eMagazines and online content as well as the platform’s sourcing features.
JNA’s digital content is currently available exclusively to JewelleryNet members. New magazine launches are open to public viewing for a limited period. Interested parties may scan the QR code or sign up with the JNA
Media ambassadors on the fairgrounds or at the Informa Markets Corporate Booths.
Also launching at JGW are the JNA September-October 2023 bumper issue and supplements Pearl Report 2023-24 and Equipment & Supplies Directory (ESD) 2024.
JNA September-October 2023 includes stories on the luxury jewellery sector, the impact of
3D printing on jewellery design and production,
and the market for rubies, while Pearl Report examines innovation and sustainability initiatives in the pearl sector, among others. ESD 2024 features over 500 listings of suppliers and agents of jewellery equipment.
