Diarough (Hong Kong) Ltd is bedazzling buyers at Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW) with its extensive portfolio of premium-quality diamonds.
Taking centre stage at its booth is the
company’s full range of products, led by diamonds of below 2 carats to 10 carats in rounds and fancy shapes, including its new “MM” matching stones as well as its Hearts and Arrows collection
in rounds.
According to the company, polished diamonds of 30 points and below are currently moving the fastest, particularly in India and the Middle East. And this trend is expected to continue at the show. Diarough noted, “We anticipate stable demand for diamonds in this size range at JGW.” The Hong Kong-based diamond manufacturer is setting its sights on professional trade buyers from China and Southeast Asia, specifically retailers and jewellery manufacturers.
Overall, the diamond industry is experiencing a correction amid a gradual but steady recovery from macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges, the diamantaire noted.
It said, “There are still further corrections happening in the diamond market. We observe slower demand due to various reasons, but we are looking forward to seeing how businesses bounce back at the September Fair.”
Meanwhile, the diamond sector can expect stability in the coming months, with industry players expecting operations to normalise in 2024.Opportunities abound in India and the Southeast Asian markets moving forward, Diarough added.
